who only want a PCI or PLX driver won't be required to install pcmcia-cs.

Made modifications to Makefiles to handle the cross compile of the driver source and the compile of the "mkmeta" executables to use the host compiler. Changed a few intalls (soft link in particular of prism2_cs) and a few minor changes to the Configure script and config.in.

Added support for the prism2 unique mib items in the metadata.

Added the get/set for p2MMTx, p2MMFixedLevel, p2TxControlDepth, p2AltRetryCount,
p2MMLife, p2ReserveDuration, and P2EarlyBeacon.
Fixed (for AP, STA needs work) the get/set of dot11MediumOccupancyLimit,
dot11CFPeriod, and dot11CFPMaxDuration.
Fixed an include in wland.c.
