mark 229bcb0ab4 For PCI and PLX, removed the dependency on the pcmcia-cs code. Now folks 
who only want a PCI or PLX driver won't be required to install pcmcia-cs.

mark 79a863344f Added support for the prism2 unique mib items in the metadata. 
Added the get/set for p2MMTx, p2MMFixedLevel, p2TxControlDepth, p2AltRetryCount,
p2MMLife, p2ReserveDuration, and P2EarlyBeacon.
Fixed (for AP, STA needs work) the get/set of dot11MediumOccupancyLimit,
dot11CFPeriod, and dot11CFPMaxDuration.
Fixed an include in wland.c.
