Doc updates on the mitsu 98xx family.

In short, it's going to need an image processing library of sorts, and
data tables directly extracted from the windows or mac drivers.

The CP-98xx family is similar to the CP-D70 family in that it requires
the input data to be gamma corrected (and likely transformed in other
ways) before it is sent to the printer. Currently, Gutenprint performs
a relatively crude linear conversion that results in poor quality output.
Unlike the D70 family, the data tables used are embedded into the driver
instead of being bundled separately, further complicating the process
of figuring out how this all works.
