    * Print 'mode' enumeration (possibly media checking too)
    * And Printing, duh.

Working:
 * status query
 * firmware version query
 * media query
 * eeprom dump
 * corrtable dump
 * partial errorlog dump

Broken:
 * corrtable parsing (differs from S6145.. sigh)
 * print command decoding (ditto)
 * actual printing (after the brokenness)

Solomon Peachy d72a4702c6 sinfonia: Unify a pile of common commands across four backends 
* docmd
 * flashled
 * setparam
 * getparam
 * canceljob
 * getfwinfo
 * geterrorlog
 * resetcurve
 * gettonecurve
 * settonecurve

(And the EK605 river no longer uses raw bytestreams for commands!)

Overall a ~600 line reduction of code size.  Added some functionality too.

Solomon Peachy d39238255d kodak: Add preliminary support for Kodak 7000-series, 8810, and 6900 
6900 in particular is _very_ preliminary.

Also unifies some more common sinfonia code.
